Write to bsf186@maragato.ca from the email address of your BSF186 account.

Photo credits

Every account starts with 20 free photo credits. Each photo uses one credit; editing items, adding vehicles and exporting again are free. A photo pack adds 200 credits. A photo that fails to process gives its credit back.

Your final (paid) export blocks the credits you have not used. After that, edits and new exports stay free, and adding photos needs another pack.

Why does my PDF say VOID?

Exports from free accounts carry a VOID watermark so you can check the result. Buy a photo pack, then export again for a clean, fillable BSF186.

Vehicles

A free account can add one vehicle, and each pack raises the limit. A deleted vehicle keeps its slot; email us to free it.

Refunds

Apple handles payments and refunds. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. A refunded pack removes its credits from your account.

Deleting your account

In the app, Settings → Delete account removes your data from our servers immediately. See the privacy policy.
